Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved connectors and check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet. Ensure circuit breaker is properly sized.
  5. Ventilation Setup: Install proper ventilation hood according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
