Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the oven.
- Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 240V, 40A circuit. Ensure proper grounding and polarization.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Anti-Tip Bracket: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to prevent accidental tipping.
- Initial Burn-off: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.
