Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to proper gas supply line using approved gas connector. Use pipe joint compound resistant to LP gas.
  4. Check for Leaks: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. Bubbles indicate leaks - tighten connections if needed.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Operate all surface burners and oven for 15 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.
Warning: All gas installations must be performed by a qualified technician to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Oven won't heat Power issue, gas supply off, clock not set Check power supply, ensure gas valve is on, set clock to proper time
