Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from heat sources and direct sunlight on a solid, level floor.
  2. Remove Shipping Materials: Remove all shipping bolts, tapes and packaging materials from the refrigerator.
  3. Level the Refrigerator: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the refrigerator is level from front to back and side to side for proper door operation.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, dedicated outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  5. Water Line Connection: Connect water supply line for ice maker and water dispenser if applicable. Use only new water lines.
  6. Clearance Check: Ensure proper clearance around unit for ventilation - minimum 2 inches on sides and back, 4 inches on top.
  7. Initial Setup: Allow refrigerator to stand upright for 4 hours before plugging in. Set temperature controls and run initial cooling cycle.
