Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved connectors. Check local codes for requirements.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet for control panel and ignition system.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to manufacturer specifications.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Perform initial test run to check for gas leaks, proper ignition, and temperature accuracy.
