Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved connectors. Apply pipe joint compound to all threaded connections.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 120V, 60Hz grounded electrical outlet for control panel and ignition system.
  5. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Leak Test: Test all gas connections for leaks using leak detection solution before initial use.
  8. Initial Burn-off: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues.
