Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
- Gas Connection: Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved connectors. Apply pipe joint compound to all threaded connections.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 120V, 60Hz grounded electrical outlet for control panel and ignition system.
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
- Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Leak Test: Test all gas connections for leaks using leak detection solution before initial use.
- Initial Burn-off: Run oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues.
