Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench
- Gas leak detector solution
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Level
- Tape measure
- Pipe thread sealant
Step-by-Step Installation
- Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and access to gas supply line. Ensure adequate clearance from combustible materials.
- Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the oven exterior and interior.
- Gas Connection: Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved gas connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
- Check for Leaks: Use gas leak detector solution to test all connections for leaks. Bubbles indicate leaks that must be fixed.
- Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
- Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
- Test Operation: Perform initial burn-in cycle to remove manufacturing residues and verify proper operation.
