Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Gas leak detector solution
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Level
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe thread sealant

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and access to gas supply line. Ensure adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the oven exterior and interior.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved gas connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
  4. Check for Leaks: Use gas leak detector solution to test all connections for leaks. Bubbles indicate leaks that must be fixed.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Perform initial burn-in cycle to remove manufacturing residues and verify proper operation.
Warning: Gas appliance installation must be performed by a qualified technician to ensure safety and maintain warranty coverage.
