Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas supply line using approved connectors. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 240V, 60Hz outlet. Ensure circuit breaker is appropriate for oven requirements.
  5. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  6. Anti-tip Bracket: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to prevent oven from tipping forward.
  7. Test Operation: Run the oven through a complete heating cycle to check for proper operation and temperature accuracy.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified technician to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage. Gas connections require certified gas fitter.
