Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Gas leak detector solution
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe thread sealant
  • Level
  • Tape measure

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas and electrical connections.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the stove surface and components.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved gas connector. Apply pipe thread sealant to all connections.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC outlet. Ensure proper grounding for electronic ignition system.
  5. Anti-tip Bracket Installation: Install and secure anti-tip bracket to floor or wall according to manufacturer instructions.
  6. Level the Stove: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the stove is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Leak Test: Test all gas connections with leak detector solution before initial use.
  8. Initial Burn-off: Run all burners on high for 5 minutes to burn off manufacturing residues.
Warning: All gas installations must be performed by a qualified technician to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage. Improper installation can cause gas leaks and fire hazards.

Troubleshooting
