Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench

  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the stove.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to gas supply line using approved connectors. Check for leaks with detector solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  5. Level the Stove: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the stove is level from front to back and side to side.
  6. Ventilation Check: Ensure proper ventilation system is installed and functional.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners and oven functions to ensure proper operation.
Warning: All installations must be performed by a qualified technician to ensure proper operation and maintain warranty coverage.

Self-Cleaning Guide

Before Starting Self-Cleaning

  • Remove all oven racks and accessories
  • Wipe away excessive food spills and grease
  • Ensure kitchen is well-ventilated
  • Remove pets from the area
  • Keep children away during cleaning cycle

Self-Cleaning Process

  1. Prepare Oven: Remove all racks, pans, and accessories. Wipe up major spills.
  2. Lock Oven Door: Engage door lock mechanism. Door cannot be opened during cleaning cycle.
  3. Select Cleaning Time: Choose 2, 3, or 4-hour cleaning cycle based on soil level.
  4. Start Cycle: Press start. Oven will heat to approximately 880°F (470°C).
  5. Cool Down: After cleaning, oven will cool automatically. Door remains locked until safe temperature is reached.
  6. Clean Ash: Once cool, wipe away ash residue with damp cloth.
Important Safety Notes: The oven will become extremely hot during self-cleaning. Do not touch oven surfaces. Ensure proper ventilation. The process may produce smoke and odor - this is normal.
