Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Tape measure
  • Pipe wrench
  • Electrical tester

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate space for door clearance on a level, stable floor.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the oven surfaces.
  3. Gas/Electric Connection: Connect to appropriate gas line (for gas models) or electrical outlet (for electric models) following local codes.
  4. Position the Oven: Carefully slide the oven into the designated space, ensuring proper alignment with cabinetry.
  5. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  6. Secure Installation: Secure the oven to adjacent cabinetry using provided anti-tip brackets for safety.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run the oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues.
