Gas Range with Convection

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pipe wrench
  • Tape measure
  • Gas leak detector solution

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation, away from combustible materials and with access to gas line.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the oven and range.
  3. Gas Connection: Connect to gas supply line using approved gas connector. Use pipe joint compound resistant to LP gas.
  4. Check for Leaks: Apply leak detector solution to all gas connections. Bubbles indicate leaks - tighten connections if needed.
  5. Electrical Connection: Connect to a properly grounded 120V, 60Hz, AC only outlet for clock, lights, and convection fan.
  6. Level the Range: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the range is level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Test Operation: Test all burners, oven functions, and safety features to ensure proper operation.
