Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Level
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Tape measure
  • Voltage tester
  • Pipe wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and tape from the oven.
  3. Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect gas supply line using approved flexible connector. Check for leaks with soap solution.
  4. Electrical Connection: Connect to dedicated 240V, 40A circuit with proper grounding. Follow local electrical codes.
  5. Ventilation: Install proper ventilation hood according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Setup: Remove all oven racks and accessories. Run self-cleaning cycle to remove manufacturing residues.
