Tools Needed:

  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Adjustable wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and packaging from the oven.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 60Hz, 30A circuit. Must be installed by a qualified electrician.
  4. Gas Connection (if applicable): Connect to appropriate gas supply line using approved connectors and sealants.
  5. Ventilation Setup: Install proper ventilation hood according to local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
  6. Level the Oven: Adjust leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  7. Initial Burn-off: Run the oven at 400°F for 30 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues.
