Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Choose Installation Location: Select a location with proper ventilation and adequate clearance from combustible materials.
  2. Remove Packaging Materials: Remove all shipping materials, protective films, and transit bolts from the oven.
  3. Electrical Connection: Connect to a dedicated 240V, 40A circuit with proper grounding. Must be installed by qualified electrician.
  4. Position the Oven: Carefully position the oven in the designated space, ensuring proper alignment with cabinetry.
  5. Level the Oven: Adjust the leveling legs to ensure the oven is perfectly level from front to back and side to side.
  6. Secure Installation: Secure the oven to adjacent cabinetry using provided anti-tip brackets for safety.
  7. Initial Test Run: Run the oven through a complete heating cycle to burn off manufacturing residues and check operation.
